Registration fee:
The registration fee includes admission to all sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, proceedings and conference material. Early bird € 180,00, only before January 15th 2009. After that date registration fee will be € 220,00. Attenders wishing to pay registration fees directly at the conference need to pay cash.
Authors of oral or poster presentations attending the conference must pay registration fees. Students (undergraduate, Master, PhD Students) who are authors of an oral or poster presentation will benefit from a reduced fee of € 120,00. Students and PhD students do not need to pay the registration fee, unless they are authors of a paper. Lunch is not included for non-paying attenders.
To meet many requests the deadline at reduced fee has been postponed to January 31st 2009. After that date fees will raised of € 40 (€ 220 and € 160 for students).
Payment must be made with bank transfer, indicating your Surname and GSCP09.
